摘要:
为解决KH-WYC-II脉冲井温压力磁定位仪信号输出不稳、井温干扰磁定位、供电电路烧坏、信号衰减和机械总成进水的问题,研制了一种新型产出剖面遥测井温压力磁定位仪。该仪器采用标准曼码遥测传输方案,全新设计了电路,改进了仪器主体材料,在大庆油田通过室内校准和推广应用,故障率仅为5%,提高了测井资料质量和测井成功率。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of KHWYCⅡ pulse transmission logging instrument such as the unstable signal output, well temperature interference CCL, power supply circuit burn out, signal attenuation, and water inflow in mechanical assembly, a new type logging instrument of telemetry transmission with temperature, pressure and CCL for production profile logging was developed. The instrument adopted the standard Manchester code telemetry transmission scheme, newly designed circuit, and improved main material. Through indoor calibration and popularization application in Daqing oilfield, the failure rate was only 5%, and the quality of logging data and the success rate of logging was improved.
